1. Returns
At Eva Journeys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Perishable goods or products marked as final sale cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only for eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued through the Cash on Delivery method.

4. How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the order number and a reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide the necessary return instructions.

5. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on products that have been opened, used, or damaged. Please ensure that the items are carefully checked upon delivery.

6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order. If the return is due to an Eva Journeys error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Cash on Delivery Orders
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via store credit or the same method, if applicable.
